Lake Tahoe Sledding Trip

Here is my first video posting.  I hope it works!  Kaden really enjoyed sledding this year with his Grandpa Art and Aunt Lianna.  Before next time we need to buy winter gear as his feet were so cold that he cried the whole way home.  Poor kid.

He got his first ear ache for the winter this last week.  He seems to be doing better now though.  I started a new workout, physique 57.  It is an awesome strength workout; check it out:  http://www.physique57.com/

New Year's Resolutions

As I have read through Christmas letters I have received this year I realized what a terrible job I have done keeping in touch with my friends and family.  So I have decided this year to start a blog and actually use facebook.  I haven't updated my facebook picture since the day I signed up and I have over 80 people requesting to be my friend.  If you are one of the lucky 80 I am sorry,  I am never on facebook and really haven't figured out how it works yet.

In addition to joining the social network, for 2011 I decided to overcome my fears and had LASIK eye surgery on Friday.  I am very happy to report that I now have 20/15 vision.  LASIK is amazing!  I feel like a new person now.  Although when I woke up this morning I went looking for my glasses then I realized that I could see the night stand; habits are hard to break.

Since I am new to blogging I don't have any pictures or video yet.  Hopefully next week I will post video from our sledding trip in Tahoe over Christmas break.  Kaden had a blast.  Cheers.
